Safety Quick Release Coupling

Vaccum Insulated Liquid Argon, O2, N2, Cryogenic Tank Fabrication

We are able to meet the client’s special requirements for cryogenic equipment. We are able to create a host exclusive for specific applications where a standard product does not exist.

These vessels can be for one time projects or the development of a new concept for a potential new market. To cater to the needs, custom designed cryostats, liquid nitrogen vessels, cryogenic valve boxes, and phase separators also available.

Our repair and refurbishment provide us facilities to repair the liquid nitrogen, argon, oxygen or helium cryogenic vessels, transform them to a new like condition.

We are also able to examine and confirm vessels according to the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR). For benefits, there are primarily two edges for a liquid container. To begin with, the first advantage is that it contains a large volume of gas at relatively low pressure compared to a compressed gas cylinder.

Additionally, the second is that it provides a source of cryogenic liquids which can be easily handled. By contrast, cryogenic liquid containers are often incorrectly referred to as dewars. But, at a fundamental level, Dewars are open, non-pressurized vessels for holding cryogenic liquids.

For placements, the cryogenic products normally found in liquid containers are liquid nitrogen (LIN), liquid argon (LAR), liquid oxygen (LOX), and liquid helium (LHE).

In addition, Carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide are also available as refrigerated liquids in similar containers.
